Secure File Upload
Two Secure Ways to Share Documents
How to Send Your Documents To Protect Your Sensitive Information:
We offer two secure ways to share your files. Please do not send tax documents via email or text.
Option 1 (Recommended): Request a Permanent Portal Account (Recommended) A permanent account allows you to log in anytime, message Dr. Solomon securely, and download your completed tax returns in the future.
Request Access: Contact our office via phone or email to request your secure portal.
Check Your Email: You will receive an invitation from no-reply@securefilepro.com.
Activate: Click the link in the email, verify your identity, and set your private password.
Update Your Profile: Upon your first login, you may be prompted to update and confirm your personal information. Please ensure everything is accurate to help us stay in touch.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): This is the best way to protect your account from unauthorized access. To set it up:
Navigate to 'Account Settings' from the main menu.
Choose your preferred method: Email, Text, or an Authentication App and complete the setup.
Once enabled, you will receive a temporary security code every time you log in, ensuring only you can access your private documents.
Upload or Download files: Navigate to 'File' from the main menu and use the available option to upload or download your files.
Option 2: Fast Guest Upload (No Account Needed) If you are in a hurry and only need to send a few files quickly, you can use our Guest Exchange.
Click the Button Below: Choose "Guest Upload" on the next screen.
Enter Details: Provide your name and email so we know who the files belong to.
Submit: Your files will be sent instantly and securely to Dr. Solomon.
Password & Safety Tips
Creating a strong password is your first line of defense. We recommend using a Passphrase rather than a complex word.
The "Passphrase" Method: Pick three or four random words and join them with symbols (e.g., Coffee-Rockville-Taxes-2026!). It’s easy for you to remember but nearly impossible for a computer to guess.
Enable Two-Factor (2FA): For maximum safety, we strongly suggest turning on 2FA in your account settings. This sends a quick code to your phone each time you log in to ensure your data stays private.
Public Wi-Fi Warning: Please avoid uploading sensitive documents while on public Wi-Fi (like at a coffee shop or airport). Use your home internet or a secure mobile data connection whenever possible.
